New life nutrition
Ms. Brooke Sones is a "New Life Nutrition" dietitian who works from the Boondall Family Practice twice a month; currently available on Wednesday mornings. Referrals to see the dietitian are available from either of the doctors at the Boondall Family Practice.
Results Protocol:
Results will not be given over the phone unless prior arrangements have been made with your doctor.
Should the doctor need to see you to talk about your results in a timely manner, a receptionist will call you.
DVA Transport:
If you are a DVA Gold
card holder and you
need transport to and
from your doctors visit.
The department will provide you with a free taxi service.
